An Equinox Laser Tag Stress Relief Package gets your employees out of their normal routine of everyday life and engages them in an activity that allows their inner child to come out and PLAY! Our immersive laser tag experience really gets you into the game like no other laser tag game in the world.
There are two ways to do a Stress Relief game.
You can have it at our indoor facility where you have the choice of your own private room or outdoor patio section. Food and drinks can be added to your package or you can bring in outside food or catering.
Or
We can bring the laser tag experience to your facility. Our equipment is designed to work in any environment. Indoor/Outdoor, Daytime/Nighttime. With no projectiles or special equipment needed means more FUN and no Pain or mess.
Team Building
Team Building Equinox style is like none other. Our team building events are based around military strategy. We empower teams to make their own decisions assign leaders and fill roles. The Tactical Combat Simulation Laser Tag games that we will be running are a lot different than the stress relief games. These games require everyone to communicate and work together to achieve an objective.
First a leader is selected by each team, then the leader will assign the different roles within the team, each role has a different ability. Success is achieved through strong leadership, effectiveness in assigning roles careful planning and most of all communication.
Leadership is put to the test in a slightly stressful competitive environment where he/she must be observant, calculate results and make changes all while not getting tagged out.
Multiple games are run to allow each team leader to define the results and make changes based on performance from the previous game. This game is very competitive in nature, but once all the smoke clears everyone will agree that everyone is a winner.
Our Team Building games bring people closer together on a personal level as well as a professional level and will improve their lives in many ways. Your employees will thank you for the best training experience they have ever had.
Success Program
Clearly defining a companies goals to your employees is not an easy task. Once defined it’s even harder to get them to fully understand them, and if the first two aren’t done properly then putting them into action is just wasting time.
Meetings are ineffective and boring! The only way to really make an impact on someone and get them to learn is to remove them from their normal environment and engage them in an activity that is based on the desired goal.
This is where Equinox’s Success Program comes in. We take your company’s mission and goals then we engage your employees in a interactive teaching environment related to those goals.
We don’t teach them how to do their job, they know how to do that. We teach them why they do their job. We emphasize the importance of a clearly defined goal. We show them the effectiveness of working together and the power it has when everyone’s efforts are applied towards achieving that goal.
The program is broken up into two modules.
Module 1 (1 hour)
The Coaching
Here is where we will apply the mission and goals of your company. We will define why they are important, what they stand for and what they mean. We will use stories of companies that use and apply these philosophies. We will define the culture that is created when the vision is clear and the potential a team has when they work together.
Module 2 (1.5 Hours)
Team Building
This is where we put what we have learned in the classroom into action. We designed the teachings and structured it in a way that they can be applied and understood using real life scenarios. This will be the funnest training your employees have ever gone through and it will make a world of difference to your bottom line. |
