I also want to let you know how thankful we are for introducing Equinox Laser Tag. Brad and his crew were sooo cool!!! So much so that they stayed like 6 hours longer than expected so all campers had a chance to do laser tag. They even let just counselors play.... which was totally appreciated! I have used Equinox now 4 times for different events and have been pleased each time. The equipment and technology is far superior to what other companies are offering. The first mobile laser tag company I hired came with airsoft guns that had a low budget laser attached to the top of the gun. Equinox guns are fully customizable and reach amazing distances with precise accuracy. I have two events that consisted of various law enforcement and military personnel. They were all truly impressed at the technology that Equinox offers! I highly recommend Equinox! I wanted to take the time to thank Equinox Laser Tag for hosting a birthday party my son won’t soon forget. The employees that were sent on behalf of the company worked great with the young kids and were totally professional at all times. I live in Valley Center, CA which is a short drive from San Diego and Equinox was on time and set up ready to go by the time that was agreed to. I am very impressed with the level of service provide by the company and the employees that represented the company on site. I have already had several people ask how to get in touch with Equinox to which I was more than glad to recommend.

This was my second time having a laser tag event at our church using Equinox Laser Tag. Both times it was fantastic! Brad and the staff are extremely courteous and professional and the laser tag equipment is phenomenal. We have now hosted an indoor and outdoor event and both were done well. We just had Equinox come out for our son's 13th birthday. Three employees set-up the battlefield and managed the battles. The ten boys we had over had a blast! They all said it was a lot of fun. The only thing that kind of reflected poorly on Equinox was that at one point a male & female employee got into an argument with each other in front of myself, another parent & several of the children. I didn't really care for that. The team also arrived half an hour late, but they did a great job of setting up and tearing down and I'm pretty sure the kids got the allotted time of play. Sometimes I had to push to get another game going, but things went well and overall I was satisfied because the kids were having fun. - Macon (Valley Center, CA)

We had to call because the guys were running late. No one called us. So our party was an hour behind schedule which kind of rushed the end of our party ( on our end- we had folks leaving) but your guys were generous and kind and very accommodating.. I handle group events as a profession so the timing being off put my schedule off the but kids didn't notice and could have cared less. They were just anxious to start playing. All in all it was awesome and the kids had a blast. The onsite staff were great, efficient and we were so happy to have your company provide this service. We will refer and we will be calling again.

fun place to have a party but need more laser gun for a bigger party. We paid for three game but only played two I had big crowd. My son wants to have his party here in sept. We will be back. Thank you
This was our first time bringing our boys to a Laser Tag game. I wasn't sure if my youngest (he's 6) would be able to play with my 10 year old and his friends. He did great and all the boys in the party including the adults had a great time. I am glad I brought them to your site. The party room was perfect and I loved how everything was decorated and clean. The arcade was a good place for the boys to meet and play at prior to the laser tag game. I will definitely bring them back for other games with their friends. Thanks.
